Speech2Mail supports two intake methods so you can deploy in any environment. For new installs, we recommend Incoming SMTP because it’s the fastest and most direct. When SMTP settings can’t be changed (hosted PBX, locked-down vendor, temporary trial), IMAP mailbox intake is a reliable alternative that also performs very well.
