Our multi-tenant dashboard lets you control allocations, create users, and access analytics per customer. Customers receive consistent, localized HTML emails with fallbacks such as “Transcription Unavailable” and “Monthly Limit Reached.”

We support two intake methods so you can deploy Speech2Mail in almost any environment. For new installs, we always recommend Incoming SMTP because it’s the fastest and simplest for ongoing operations. If SMTP settings are locked down, IMAP mailbox intake is a strong alternative and still delivers great results.
